Back in 2015 a pest control magazine did an interview with me where they wanted to know what was one of my biggest mistakes in business. I had a hard time narrowing it down to just a few since i felt I had made many many mistakes over the years. The funny thing is about that is I’m ok with a lot of my mistakes because l learned from them and ultimately it made my business stronger and made me a better business owner. I’ve also tried to use all my business mistakes as a training tool for my employees. I tell them all the time there is a reason why i do or do not want them doing something and it’s because I’ve done it all myself. I was finally able to pinpoint one particular adventure that didn’t turn out very well ,but again i believe it has made my company stronger and more prepared in the future.
